gluten free yoga chick desert flowers
Spending time in nature is an important part of my healthy lifestyle!

Thank you for visiting Gluten Free Yoga Chick, a gluten-free recipe and lifestyle blog for people who are passionate about living a healthy and happy life.  I am so grateful you are here!

I have been gluten free for 9 years and have learned to use food, yoga, meditation and other wellness techniques to heal my digestion and transform my life.  I have taken courses in Ayurveda, meditation and yoga and have taught myself how to create gluten-free recipes that are easy, delicious, and nourishing for the mind, body and spirit.  I am also a RYT 200 hour certified yoga teacher and Chopra Center Certified Instructor.

My Promise

You are going to eat anyway, why not use food to heal your body and transform your life?  You don’t need to be a master chef or baker to create dishes that are both nourishing and palate pleasing.  Let me show you how!

Every other week I post a new, easy-to-follow gluten free recipe, wellness guide or mindfulness technique to help you make going gluten free the best thing you’ve ever done for yourself. It’s all about eliminating the stuff that harms and replacing it with stuff to make you feel good, mind, body and spirit.

Your Invitation

I encourage you subscribe to my blog and try a recipe or two, I would  love to hear about your gluten free adventures!  There are a lot of us out there on this journey to live a holistically healthy lifestyle.  Let’s do it together. Be sure to leave a comment and tell me a bit about what brought you here. I promise I won’t spam you!

  1. I am trying to be gluten free with very little success. I would love to receive inspiration and recipes from you. I subscribed already. I am also excited to receive your 10 best smoothie recipes as the smoothies that I make at home look and taste rotten. No wonder my 3 yr old son doesn’t want to take a sip. But I drink them anyway bec of the health benefits. Your site looks nice and clean, makes me want to visit often. 🙂
